My story 

Human, Empathist, Mindfulness facitator, Leadership, Cat Mom, 

I am a mindfulness-based facilitator and coach, who also happens to be recovering from burnout, being a people pleaser, and an avoider of hard things.

Mindfulness has been one of my greatest tools to help accompany my journey, and it hasn’t always been a walk in the park. When I first started practicing mindfulness, I often struggled to sit through the practice.


My mind would wander off into thoughts, planning, and memories, and I always thought I was “doing it wrong” or was “bad at it.” After practice, I never felt relaxed and “free of stress and problems,” so I questioned this, what’s the point? Alternatively, I would then aimlessly scroll Instagram……
